Leopold Gruner is the founder and Managing Partner of white ip | Patent & Legal.
Since the successful completion of his scientific career, he is supporting researchers and R&D companies as a patent, trademark and design attorney for Europe and Germany in the protection and defence of their inventions. As a doctor of chemistry, he himself holds three patents relating to the structure of layers.
With more than 10 years of experience as a patent attorney in Munich, Düsseldorf and Dresden, Germany, Leopold Gruner is a sought-after consultant and lecturer on IP strategies and the defence of intellectual property rights.
In addition to his work, he is also a trainer at the EPI for European Patent Attorneys, and his book on European and international patent law is now in its 7th edition.
