As a highly specialized law firm, we are a driving force and legal advisor for start-ups and innovative medium-sized companies.

To strengthen the team of white ip | Patent & Legal we are always looking for support from specialized patent attorneys (m/f/d) in the fields of pharmaceuticals, chemistry, biotechnology, software, mechanical and electrical engineering.

Independent advice to clients in the field of intellectual property law, in particular patent, utility model, trademark and design law;
Support for inventions from the idea to the granting of industrial property rights in a wide range of technical fields;
Support for our clients' national and international intellectual property portfolios;
Conducting searches on the state of the art, the body of law and freedom-to-operate;
Conducting official, extrajudicial and judicial dispute proceedings.

Have a degree in a scientific or technical field;
have successfully completed your training as a German Patent Attorney (m/f/d);
Ideally have already gained professional experience as a patent attorney and, if applicable, have their own client base;
Are business fluent in German and English.

If your application has convinced us, we will find a date for our introductory interview together.
If you are still in another employment relationship, we will be happy to find a date outside your working hours.
