To support our team in Dresden, we are looking for a lawyer (m/f/d) in the fields of general civil law, labor law, corporate law from September 2024 or by arrangement.
- Independent representation of our clients in their legal matters in the following areas of law General civil law, labor law and corporate law
- If you are interested in working in other areas of law, we will be happy to find a solution
- Attending court hearings and participating in networking events on behalf of our firm
- E-mail correspondence with clients & colleagues
- Preparation & review of contracts and support in contract negotiations
- have an average legal qualification and initial professional experience as a lawyer
- are new to the profession and would like to develop further,
- Approach your tasks in a structured and responsible manner,
- Proficient with MS Office (especially Word & Excel) and ideally with DATEV,
- Be able to express yourself very well in German and at best also in English.
